Parental Consent:

• Identification is required from both the parent/guardian and the minor.

• If the surnames of the parent/guardian and the child do not match, additional physical documentation proving guardianship must be provided. Examples include:

  • Birth certificate (showing the parent’s name)

  • Adoption certificate

  • Parental Responsibility Order

Important Notice: We cannot proceed without the required additional documentation. Failure to provide the necessary documents will be treated in accordance with our last-minute cancellation policy.

As a result:

• 100% of your service fee will be retained.

• A new appointment will need to be booked and paid for when ID requirements can be met.
  

We offer piercings based upon age requirements in-line with our insurance policy. Please view our Age Restriction Policy (FAQ > Age & ID Requirements) in full. Valid Government issued ID is required for all appointments. Please see our ID requirements. If you fail to present ID at an appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation and 100% of the booking fee will be retained in line with our Cancellation Policy.

• Earlobe Piercings (Legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both guardian and minor.)

Ages 14+

• Helix (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

• Forward Helix (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

• Tragus (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

• Flat (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

• Conch (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

• Nose (Photo ID required. If under 16, a legal guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.)

Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking in writing via e-mail. (FAQ > Contact Us > Contact us by E-Mail) You must give us at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment to be entitled to a refund. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund to cover processing costs. Cancellations made with any less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will retain 100% of the booking fee, as it may not be possible for us to fill the slot at short notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will also be treated as a late cancellation and 100% of the booking fee will be retained. Reschedules: Customers reschedule their booking in writing via e-mail. (FAQ > Contact Us > Contact us by E-Mail) You must give us at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment to be entitled to a refund. Reschedules made any less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will retain 100% of the booking fee, as it may not be possible for us to fill the slot at short notice.

Lateness: Your session will start and end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other customers. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be charged a £5 penalty. Your booking fee may be forfeited as it may no longer be safe, fair, or possible to proceed. In this case, 100% of your booking fee will be retained, and a new booking with a new fee will be required for a future appointment.

Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will also be treated as a late cancellation and 100% of the booking fee will be retained.

The cost of jewelry is separate to the service fee and is payable on the day of the appointment. We have 100's of options to chose from in both Titanium, and Solid 14 or 18ct Gold. (View examples)

• Labret options for Cartilage, Earlobe, Lip, or Nostrils start from £20.00 each.

• Barbells for Tongue, Industrial & Nipple's start from £30.00 each.

• Curved Barbells for Rooks & Navels start from £30 each.

• No outside jewelry is allowed, even if purchased from a brand we carry. To ensure hygiene and healing, we only use brand-new, sterile, and verifiable jewelry with full traceability.

Chaperone Policy

1. Under 16s

• Any individual under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone while in the studio.

• If they are receiving a piercing, they must meet the requirements outlined in our Age Restrictions Policy for the requested piercing.
  

2. Piercings Requiring 18+ Age Verification

• For piercings that require the client to be 18 or older, the accompanying chaperone must also be at least 18 years old.
  

3. Moral Support & Chaperones

• Anyone attending as a chaperone or for moral support must be at least 14 years old to enter the piercing area, unless the piercing requires the client to be 18+—in which case, no one else will be permitted in the piercing space.

• Chaperones must be able to remain seated, follow all studio instructions, and avoid causing distractions.

• Babies and young children are not permitted in the piercing room under any circumstances. They must remain in the waiting area with an accompanying adult.
  

4. Children in the Waiting Area

• Our piercing studio is located downstairs, and we cannot accommodate babies or young children in the waiting area without another adult present to supervise them.
  

5. Studio Environment & Guest Limitations

• As our lobby is shared with tattoo artists, we kindly ask clients to avoid bringing children to appointments whenever possible, as this can be disruptive.

• Our waiting area is small and cannot comfortably accommodate extra guests.
