🕒 Which manufacturer ships the fastest? Junipurr Jewelry is our fastest supplier. They stock jewellery in both the UK and Canada. When possible, we use the UK fulfilment center, which delivers within 1–3 working days, so we can get your order moving quickly! If we need to use the CA fulfillment center, we expect delivery within 1–14 working days! ⏳ Timescale for other manufacturers?
Almost all our jewelry is made to order or sourced on demand, with delivery times ranging from 1–12 weeks (unless stated).

🚚 Can delivery be delayed? We aim to meet delivery times, but delays can happen due to customs or supplier issues beyond our control. As a small business with a big mission, we appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs. We always ship with tracking to keep you updated and ensure transparency.

🏷️ Will my Jewelry last forever? Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime and is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee offering repair or direct replacement (not a refund) for defects. The guarantee does not cover loss, normal wear and tear, fragile chains, damage from accidental catching, or misuse. You’re responsible for caring for your jewelry, and if you have any questions about how best to do so - they will be e-mailed to you as part of your purchase documentation!
🔎 Returns and Inspection:
You’re responsible for caring for your jewelry. All returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection — they decide on the outcome, but we always act in your best interest. Return postage to us, to the manufacturer, and back is your responsibility. ✈️🌍 International Returns & Fees:
Some international brands charge higher return fees (£45–$90), which you must cover. Please be aware of these potential costs before returning. If you have an issue, contact us with proof of purchase and photos, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, you are responsible for return postage.

❌ Can I cancel my Order? Each piece is made or sourced just for you, so cancellations and refunds aren’t allowed once the order is placed, per consumer regulations on custom goods.
📦 I have recieved the wrong item - what should I do?
IIn the rare event this happens, we assure you it was an honest mistake and we’ll make it right! Please keep the item in its original sealed packaging for an exchange. Jewelry is visible without opening the package. Unfortunately, if the packaging is opened or damaged, we can’t process exchanges!
All of our jewelry is covered by a manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers the materials and workmanship for life. It does not cover loss, misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. If your jewelry is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, and you are entitled to a replacement or repair, original wait times will apply.
Orders containing items that are in ready stock are dispatched each Friday via our chosen Royal Mail delivery option. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available. UK Delivery Options & Pricing: We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. The available options are:
Royal Mail 24 Tracked (£4.99) – Estimated next-day delivery after dispatch, fully tracked with updates.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked (£3.99) – Estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch, fully tracked with updates.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.99) – Guaranteed next-day delivery after dispatch (Monday–Friday), tracked with signature upon arrival.
Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please allow extra time before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur. We recommend checking your tracking information for updates. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, you may be eligible to submit a claim directly with Royal Mail.
