If your order is due to be dispatched outside of the UK, please confirm that you understand this above wait time applies to your jeweler arriving to us, so your delivery times are additional. We always ship International Products Tracked & Signed via Royal Mail. This is the safest way to ensure that your jewelry is traceable as it moves through customs.

The warranty covers a a replacement or repair of the original piece in the unfortunate event that the workmanship or material is compromised at the fault of the manufacturer.
A replacement or repair will be provided upon inspection by the manufacturer.
