Body Jewellery is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Due to Hygiene Reasons.
Please ensure all sizing options are correct before checking out.
Once your order has been placed, amendments are unable to be made as we oftentimes need to order quickly from our suppliers to ensure stock.
Upon checkout, you confirm that you have thoroughly read the product descriptions, and understand that there may be a wait on branded jewellery such as Junipurr, Industrial Strength, Anatometal, Apex, and NeoMetal due to customs, and you are prepared to wait the 2-12 week lead time (This is usually faster).
If your order is due to be dispatched outside of the UK, please confirm that you understand this above wait time applies to your jewellery arriving to us, so your delivery times are additional. We always ship International Products Tracked & Signed via Royal Mail. This is the safest way to ensure that your jewellery is traceable as it moves through customs.
The buyer (you) is responsible for any customs and handling fees.

This warranty guarantees quality of materials and workmanship for life.
Loss, misuse, or accidental damage, and wear and tear are EXCLUDED from this cover.


All body jewellery sales are final and non refundable.
The warranty covers a a replacement or repair of the original piece in the unfortunate event that the workmanship or material is compromised at the fault of the manufacturer.
A replacement or repair will be provided upon inspection by the manufacturer.
