Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders containing regular stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Processing includes preparing the item for dispatch or ordering it directly from the manufacturer, where applicable.
You’ll receive a second email once your order has shipped. If you selected tracked shipping, your tracking number will be included. No tracking will be provided if a non-tracked service was chosen at checkout.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day, during our opening hours.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location, selected delivery method, and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
  • Domestic (UK/US/EU etc.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing
 
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
 
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using reliable, trusted carriers including:
Royal Mail, USPS, UPs, DHL
If tracking is available and selected, you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
 
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries.
Customs, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please review your local import laws before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

5. Shipping Delays
Stay Sharp Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Carrier disruptions or backlog, Incorrect or incomplete shipping information, weather, customs clearance, or other force majeure events.

If your order is delayed:
First, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number (if applicable). If you did not select an appropriately insured tracked option, we can only provide proof of postage to assist with your follow-up via the Courier, to deal with as per their policies.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:
Contact us at hello@staysharpstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label (if applicable).
We’ll work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or resolution, where appropriate.
