All Jewelry and pieces are custom-made to your exact specification, or ordered on demand to your request. These items are handcrafted and typically take anywhere between 1-2 days, up to 3–6 months to complete and dispatch. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on the manufacturer. This is outlined in your product listing under the additional info section of the item.

As these are custom-made, personalized goods, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once your order is placed and submitted to the maker, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. It is your responsibility to review all specifications carefully before proceeding.
