If you ever need to make a claim, simply get in touch with as much detail and photos as you can share. We'll work with our suppliers to arrange an inspection and, if a fault is found, provide a replacement of the same piece.
One thing to note: shipping costs for a claim are your responsibility, though we hope this is something you'll rarely need.

All items ship from stock when available or are made-to-order directly from our manufacturers. Please review all product details and customization options before checkout — orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Most pieces arrive within 1–10 working days of order confirmation. Select manufacturers, including BVLA, require up to 6 months for production. Contact us before ordering if you need clarity on lead times or have a specific deadline.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification via Royal Mail if tracking was selected. Untracked shipments do not include tracking information.
All body jewelry is non-refundable due to hygiene standards. If you experience an issue with your piece, contact us to discuss inspection options through the manufacturer if your item carries a lifetime guarantee. Shipping costs for inspections are your responsibility.
