What's not covered: accidental loss, pin breakage, chain breakage, or natural wear like minor scratching over time.

If you ever need to make a claim, simply get in touch with as much detail and photos as you can share. We'll work with our suppliers to arrange an inspection and, if a fault is found, provide a replacement of the same piece.

One thing to note: shipping costs for a claim are your responsibility, though we hope this is something you'll rarely need.
