We recommend using a backing supplied by the same brand as your attachment. Mixing brands or cross-threading may invalidate the warranty, and we cannot guarantee a proper fit. Using the correct backing ensures your jewelry sits securely and performs as intended.

Dispatch/Turnaround:

Orders placed Monday, Tuesday, or by 3 pm on Wednesday are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched on Friday of the same week. Orders placed after 3 pm Wednesday, or on Thursday and Friday, will be sent the following Friday. This ensures every piece is handled with care, checked for quality, and prepared safely, so your jewelry arrives perfect and ready to enjoy.

Anodizing

Anodizing lets you customize the color of titanium jewelry safely and durably—no plating, no chipping, and long-lasting results. It’s a fun, risk-free way to get creative. 

Note: Anodized finishes may not be durable for certain piercing locations, especially areas with high movement, friction, or individual body chemistry that can affect how the color holds. While anodizing is perfect for many piercings, some placements may experience gradual color fading changes over time, so it’s important to choose wisely based on your piercing location!
